1. Introduction

 

These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between Handsome Homes (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and the client (“you” or “your”) for the provision of cleaning services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Services

 

2.1 We provide cleaning services as specified in your booking confirmation.

2.2 Services are delivered in accordance with the agreed schedule and scope.

2.3 Any changes to the agreed service must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and may incur additional charges.

 

3. Bookings and Payments

 

3.1 All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing, by phone, or via our website.

3.2 Payment is due on the day of your service. Accepted payment methods include [bank transfer, cash].

3.3 Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

 

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Direct Debits

 

4.1 You may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing at least 48 hours notice.

4.2 Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee [100% of the booking cost].

4.3 If you wish to cancel your cleaning service on a temporary or permanent basis, you must notify us and cancel your direct debit. If your direct debit is not canceled, payments will continue to be collected. Refunds will not be issued for payments made after the cancellation of services unless otherwise agreed.

4.4 In the event of staff holidays or unforeseen circumstances preventing us from providing a scheduled clean, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to pause your direct debit during this period or receive a credit for future services. It is your responsibility to adjust your direct debit if necessary.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

 

5.1 You must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the premises.

5.2 Any valuable or fragile items should be secured or removed from the cleaning area.

5.3 Pets, if present, must be secured to ensure the safety of our staff.

 

6. Liability

 

6.1 We will take all reasonable care during our work. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items improperly secured.

6.2 In the event of accidental damage caused by our staff, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service for us to assess the situation.

 

7. Insurance

 

We carry liability insurance to cover accidental damage or injury caused by our staff. Copies of our insurance documents are available upon request.

 

8. Complaints

 

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

9. Privacy and Data Protection

 

We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

10. Governing Law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
